I happen to visit Splash Water park in Delhi May 2011. We were three families with 4 children up to age of 6-12.
Our experience was so bad to explain. Splash is not meant for fun for families, but for enjoyment for lovers and p eople desperately seeking a place to make love. Lovers enter the splash to do whatever they are not allowed to do in public parks. In the parks and garden they have to fear police and other moral polices. In splash the guards doesnot seem to control them but to enjoy the open free shows.
Most of the Boys and girls are locals and enter in to the wave pool and swimming pool in to deep water upt to 5-6ft and even some of them were having a quick relief. Though I complained this to the guard present there, they were less bothered about this. Kids were noticing this and we had to move to some other place on the other side where riders are kept.
Some other experience was waiting for us there. There is a canal round the boundries and two spots are safe for lovers to enjoy maximum. Under the over bridge built on the Motor car rider and one behind the back side of water slider. No guard is present to control any body and youngsters are free to have their time there.
Very less rides for children. Most of them are not working properly. Motor car ride, only one car working. You need to wait for long time for the operators as one operator is handling more than one ride.
