There will be 2 assumptions for the movie:
1) it will be a typical slam bam thank you mom action flick
2)it will be a childrens movie
3)its not for somebody who appreciates good movies.
All these assumptions go out of the window.

The 1st installment of this series was a big dissapointment. But unconventionally the 2nd installment rocks. Firstly this movie has given a human side to spidey. The trials ansd tribulations that he goes through has been captured beautifully in the movie.Toby is good and looks the part of a guy next door. The character of octavius however lacks the fear factor. However even he is shown to have a human side. But it is somewhere I feel the spidey movies are inferior to say batman movies. Good effects are on offer. Kirsten dunst seems a bit lost in the movie. Her role could have been enhanced to provide something more to the movie.

People who want fast action and a run a minute thrills u would be a bit dissapointed. The guy who plays the editor is strikingly similar to the character in the comics.
Hoping for a better villian in the next installment.
