Flight SG3266 - Cochin to Chennai the scheduled time was 20:35, then postponed to 22:15, again 00:10 and now it is 00:30. they are still not sure abt the departure.
They think a snack is more important late in the night, rather than checking with a passenger on their urgency in reaching their destination by getting alternate arrangements.
Unprofessional in handling passenger traveling in their flight. The Spicejet team in Cochin very pathetic.
Is there going to be a change in their behavior or handling their passengers is a million dollar question after all this. The spice jet Management should look into this rather than asking kids to handle the counters. Rating anything below poor would be rght.
