Hello Team,
We came to Coimbatore through your flight SG - 501( 11/08/2017) to Coimbatore to attend one function.One baggage was missing and you have informed that within four days it will be delivered to us. All our cloths we got detained in our baggage.Now we are left out without any dress even to change the alternate dress.We have to buy new cloths for changing and to attend the function.This is a extra financial commitment to us and unnecessary because of your negligence. If you not responding with suitable compensation we have to approach consumer court to get the compensation for the unnecessary financial loss happened to us and also the mental agony happened due to your service.
