I am from Tripura but right now I live in Delhi with my brother for the study. What that I travel alot between those two state. Most of case I prefer SpiceJet, every 2 and 3 month later I go visit my hometown Agartala. But the last time when I travelling with an SpiceJet flight SG 263 I was suffering some problem some issue. I don't like the way they treat me cause I was there regular customer I have an account in a SpiceJet but since that incident I think I change my mind. They offer me seed which was the last row at the aircraft and I during the travel I suffer pain in my ear which I told to the SpiceJet air hostess but they just open me cotton and at the last when we land Agartala Airport, it takes me 45 minutes to connect my back from the baggage counter & when I collect my bag I immediately check my things and I found my backpack lock was broken & my some things were missing. I complained about this to the SpiceJet authorised officer and about 2 month later I found they give me 200 rupees is a refund. Which is not worth of it. I ask to the officer why it happened? They just told me that they don't know why it happened but it would not happen again. just like this.
