Last month, I was travelling to Gorakhpur from kolkata with spice jet . My flight was take off in the morning time 11:05 am and landed in gorakhpur at 12:45 pm. On kolkata airport I checked one trolley bag and promptly to reclaim it on luggage carousal in gorakhpur airport . when I see my back, I was shocked at the condition of my bag, front side of the bag is badly teared and wheel in the trolly are broken . The damage on the bag are not typical routine handling damage, my bag was clearly abused and damaged during the flight .
In the gorakhpur airport, I want to raise a complaint against this situation but after 1 hr's of waiting time I speak to a spice jet staff member and they are saying all the baggage personnel's are busy with other customer and not able to meet /help you now .
I am a regular customer of spice jet but after all of these things happen with me I don't even think to travel with them from now . Service and support from the company is not good as I was expected or think of them .
