It was really a distressed experience right from the check-in to boarding to check-out
when I travelled through SpiceJet.I carried a mini suitcase with me which would have been easily taken into the cabin, I was made to check it in because it weighed 9 kgs(just 2 kg more than the prescribed).The flight was delayed by 25 minutes.During the flight, I felt thirsty and when I asked for some water;I received only half of the smallest cup.When I asked for another, it never came.I prebooked two sandwiches and two hot meals.Sandwiches tasted were as if they were prepared a week before and hot meals were no where hot which I was unable to eat.After landing, my suitcase was the last that came out.The reason I didn't want to check in was because it was too small which resulted a fear in my mind that it might not be lost.Bad is the only word I will use for SpiceJet from beginning till the end of my journey.
