I am a regular Traveller as I have to frequently travel across India and most of the time I make sure I take a Jet Airways flight but recently I did not come across a Jet Airways flight to the destination I was headed to so I had to board a SpiceJet flight and I must say I was surely not happy with both the service as well as sitting conditions.
The check in counter staff too bad looking this interested and I had to ask them query twice and then I was answered.
The in flight attendants were ok and they were busy with their own scheme of operations and not of much help.
The one fact that really made me unhappy was the sitting provision as the seats were very congested and cramped and I really had to cramp up my legs as the seat of the person sitting in front of me was coming in the way of my legs. Overall it was not a great experience.
Punctuality wise to Das flight was not as per schedule as it was delayed by about 20 minutes from its stipulated time.
