Earlier my experience with Spicejet was very bad like late departure etc. then I moved to Indigo for my travel. Few days back I faced a very bad experience with Indigo. Then I have choose to book on Spicejet.


This time its really amazing experience. Fares are also lower than other low cost airlines, Customer focused cooperative approach, on time departure, before time arrival.


Love to see that the management have focused customer experience for betterment of their services.
