I have been on Spicejet three times and every time I had a terrible experience. The first time my flight from Chandigarh was delayed by 5 hours and ultimately cancelled. The second time my bag was mishandled and the third time it looked to me as if I am sitting in a govt bus. The panel above my seat was missing. The windows had caught rust and then the seats were so closely packed.
I have stopped travelling on Spicejet since then.
