I had booked two seats in SG3302, PNR-JE5TYH on 17th Feb 16 to travel like kings. But spicejet cancelled flight for operational reasons at night on 16th leaving us in lurch. Not able to contact the airlines, we were literally on the streets of Bengaluru to reach Chennai tortuous journey using 7 different vehicles undergoing mental, physical torture.
Is it not breach of trust for which they should pay adequate compensation for all the miseries they have put us in? They say refund of fare is a great favour. They refused any compensation for their bad planning. Passenger's interest FULLY IGNORED. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
