Horrible carrier, never travel by spicejet. Review on SpiceJet

Hi Guys,

I have travelled multiple times due to lack of option or last minute travel.Below is my review:

1.Flight quality is horrible.It will create lot of noise.You wont be able to listen anything for at least 2 days after your travel from a spicejet flight.

2.Leg space is very bad w.r.t other flight operators.

3.Chances of delay is more thats what I have seen.

4.Cancellations chances are also more.They will ask you to take money or reschedule it.Rescheduling they can do from other places also if tickets are not there.E.G, you booked ticket from gorakhpur and they cancelled the flight.They will tell you to come to Delhi and take other flight.They will neither give the cab/train charges nor compensate the money for flight as GKP flight is costlier than delhi flight.

5.Their customer care is pathetic.You just dial their number, you will come to know.It will connect after 30 minutes.And then they will move you from one option to other option.You will loose lot of money in calling that pathetic customer care.

6.Customer care people are rude.

I would have rated negative but that option is not there.
