Third class service by spicejet. I booked a meal using their app. Amount debited and(supposedly) meal booked. However I received no confirmation e-mail. On contacting their customer support and sending screenshots of the debit, they replied "Sorry we cannot help. If you need, please book another meal" WTF. Then going through their app reviews on google play I noticed every alternate review is cursing the app for money debited but flight/meal not booked and customer service not paying any heed. Thank god for me it was a small amount. Other customers have reported losing thousands on flight tickets not booked and customer service telling them nothing can be done. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHEATS. This airline is definitely going down again. Never taking them again.
