Well I am not a frequent air traveler but I do travel once or twice every year. Last year in December I visited my uncle in Guwahati by Spice jet( SG-475). My journey experience was not good by any means. At the check-in counter I was welcomed by a fat, lazy looking lady. I asked for to tag my fragile bag, she was not bothered and didn’t listen to me. Luckily I found it safe afterwards.
Moving into the cabin, it does not look like a flight cabin. It gave me the feeling of a city bus. It was crowded and people were running from one place to another. Cabin was dirty and and all the crew members were looking like unhappy souls, no smile on their faces. The food was cold and not cooked properly. Seats are horrible and leg room was very congested. . Air conditioning was broken. No apologies made. . I feel that all flights know the exact ATR timings for all flights to take off and hence should adjust the Flight Boarding timings. We were boarded in flight and kept awaiting for at least 40-45 mins in the flight before takeoff.
I would request you all if you have other airlines available take them, don’t go for Spice jet.
