This is about my travel from mumbai to dubai on 22nd august 2016 via flight sg13 pnr lcuk4x departing at 1.35 am
Flight boarded at 12.55am - no ac or even fan on in the flight
From 12.55 to 1.35 - no announcement by staff or pilot - no apologies either - no ac or even fan on in the flight
1.35 they said they are still refuelling. no apologies either- no ac or even fan on in the flight
2.20 flight took off and fan started 10 mins later and subsequently ac with an apology from the Pilot
From 12.55 to 2.20 not a single apology by staff.
If there was a technical error you should have not boarded passengers in 1st place
If there was a last minute issue you should have at least briefed passengers
Least is keep the fan or exhaust or keep doors open for ventilation
No food, No water, No inflight entertainment - Your license should be withheld to fly international. Mind you other carriers are equally priced and have great service.
I travel frequently and swear to god this was the worst flight of my life and hope I never have to fly spicejet again domestic or international
At minimum my 589 friends on Facebook and 5000+ professional connections on Linkedin will surely read this horrible review.
