I can't tell u how disgusted I am with your service.the ground staffs at bagdogra IXB airport were so rude and not at all helpful.n they would not adjust even a bit on the extra baggage while other airline do.
Even a lil discount would have helped since I had a connecting international flight the next day.
I suggest ppl never to travel by SpiceJet anywhere in India. They have the worst service ever.I had to leave my baggage and travel.
