Hi, I wanted to share my experience about this spice jet which I travelled 6 months back. I had been to shirdi from Bangalore to Pune. Initially, I booked 2tickets by paying 12thousand per head including the return tickets as I got an offer from them. the tickets where confirmed. we boarded the flight on the travel day. my wife was a bit hungry and requested to hostess to provide some juice. she totally refused by saying that she can't provide anything as the tickets doesn't include anything such kind. I was totally unhappy. I told that we are not asking either meals or breakfast but it was just a cup of juice. Later I paid money and bought.
Guys, here I feel that Spice jet charges so much but doesn't have a basic sense of treating the customers fairly.
