I frequently travel into different airlines across the globe and spicejet is the worst among them.
I generally do not post my feedback but I had terrible experience with spicejet, I went on honey-moon on 20th Feb 2017. My flight was from Ahmedabad to Chennai and then connecting to port-blair after 2 hours of halt. On 16th Feb evening, I got message from spice jet that my connecting flight from Chennai is delayed and now it will be departing at 4:30 PM(I was suppose to reach port-blair at 1:30 PM) and now my halt at Chennai became 7 hours. When I asked customer care what option I do have, they simply dropped my call, I called again with angry tone and then they gave me two option either cancelled ticket and refund or wait at the Chennai airport! Both are worth less.
When I asked them to transfer to their supervisor, they just give me one email id custrelations@spicejet.com and told to drop mail and they will return within 24 hour and I did! My marriage was on 18th Morning and I was dropping mail to them on 16th. C'mon guys if customer is asking for help, at least reply within your ETA.
By my all surprise, they replied my email on 20th Feb(after my flight reached to port-blair and perhaps preparing for return trip) with one line explAnasultantion that passengers are already been departure in to flight.
I would like to thank spicejet for wasting my one day itinerary of my trip and making me realize that this is worst airline in India!
My personal suggestion is to travel in any other flight/train or bus rather than Spice Jet!
