I just got 5 mins late, she is not even listening, very rude attitude of staff, they are aliens cant even understand human emotions. She is happily suggesting me to book next flight.they need money. Thats it.
Rule should be passed if the airlines got delayed anytime. They have to pay money to passengers. If we got delayed by 5mins they are not allowing us and not giving money. Same role should be applied to this airlines
