Spicejet airline service is totally unprofessional and not caring any kind of support to passengers.
The staff members are behaving irresponsibly and not listening customer rights. I had a bad experience with this airline while I am travelling an international trip.
They are not allowed me to carry my laptop without paying additional charge at departure gate. I have checked all my weight with check in staff member and she verified after weighing it. Later at the departure gate the fined me almost Rs. 5000 as additional charge for carrying laptop. I have explained all these to that officer and he never listen this and rob my money.
Some of my co-passengers are paid double of their airline ticket as fine. This airline trying to make money through this unethical ways and I will never opt this airline in my life. Beware of fraud offers and documents of this airline before you travel with them. Do not trust any of the staff members of this airline at any cost. All the best!
