I have travelled from Bangalore to Delhi in SpiceJet economy class. They doesn't provide enough leg room and I've felt like as if I am traveling in a city bus which makes lot of noise while starting the engine.
And coming to the hospitality. They provide very poor service even though the ticket price is very high. The seats are not much comfortable like in other flights. The food is very expensive that it's not so tasty at all.
And another worst part is customer support. They will not call again when the the call is disconnected on the middle of the conversation is we try to reach them it will connect to another agent who asks to repeat th whole issue.
