Very tacky and poor customer service. Traveled recently from Mangalore to Mumbai, one hour plus delay is announced when the security check is done, so people can't cancel their flight or adjust their timings to come to airport.
Once in the waiting area, no proper treatment of the passengers waiting. People have left their homes at least two or more hours prior to come to Mangalore airport since it is located in a remote area. No tea or snacks offered, reason given only if the delay is over 2 hours can this be given. The flight was scheduled originally at 2.10 pm which left at 3.45 pm. People had connecting flights from Mumbai, no offer to connect to the other airline unless the passengers thrust it in the face of the nameless staff loitering in the waiting area.
The manager showed his face once and then hid in some area where he could not be traced.Please avoid this airline.surely they have not paid their staff or the airports since only their flights are always delayed.
