I recently travelled BY spicejet from kolkata to bangalore. previously we have travelled by spicejet in 2005. at that time service was good and we had no problems. so i thought that  this will be better than air deccan. I have read reviews in which people luggage were lost, but I thought those are rare cases.

I was proved wrong. when the bag arrived at bangalore airport, it seemed that someone had thoroughly searched the bag. things were broken inside. and a mobile and mp3 player were missing. We thought that we might have place those things in someother bag. Anyway It was not possible to look in to all luggage at airport so we came back home and find out that indeed those things were stolen from bag.

Security guys in kolkata sealed the main zip but side zips were not sealed. As a result things from side zips were stolen. When I mailed spicejet, their reply was as expected "We can’t help it. Its your mistake"

So Guys, Take care next time you travel by spicejet, There are thieves operating at airport.
