I traveled couple of times with this airlines...
I am not satisfied with the sitting arrangement..
Seats are very conjusted and are not comfortable..
You cannot relax in this airlines
and if you have long journey then i think you will have a back problem, As the sitting space is small the legs hit the next seat and this make the front person more uncomfortable. And more over you can’t more you chait chair back.. it’s almost straight which makes the condition worst.
Yes the timings are good, they fly on time and you will not get any kind of delay in arrival or departure. Reg the snacks being provided (paid) they are gud means you can’t say they charge more.
Ticket price is normal as other airlines
Overall in my point of view this is Ok type airlines not impressed. The attendents are ok, they care for you and the other stuffs,
