Well, probably my expectations as economy class traveller are less but the overall experience with spicejet for mumbai goa flight was good! Putting it simple ... If you find travelling with metrolink/prasanna kind of AC buses comfirtable and good, you would find this airline also fine!

Good things:
1. No issues like cancellation of flight or such.
2. Staff was pretty ok too.

Things which can improve:
1. It might be just one incident but while boarding there was no relation with the seat rows and airoplane door for boarding. Normally international flights i take board passengers as per the row numbers so that there is no chaos while boarding. I think this should be present.
2. Some seats have their tray table loose (but not broken).
3. Leg space can be more but not sure if it is standard one.
4. The return flight was 30 mins late.

Since i live in pune i had to take car and keep at uncle’s place but if there is pune goa flight it would be best.

Couple of things in general for any air travel i have...

I could have taken car to goa, but I found air-travel good because i have 1.5 yr kid and we reached goa in like 1 hr so total travel time was 5 hrs with 1hr halt to relax baby in mumbai!

I would suggest doing planning ahead 4 months for these travels. The amount of tickets i got was 50% less than amount i would be charged for on the spot or less than one month advanced booking!

I would do the air booking online straight to avoid agent charges.
