It is my fate that I booked my ait ticket through Spicejet and cancelled at Airport counter. They have informed us once you cancelled at counter you are forced to use the amount with them. And
advised to use these details to book fresh bookin through their sales counters. But while booking through their sales counters they are collecting the CREDIT CARD Details manually.
- When customer cancel his ticket (counter / net) he should be refunded as per norms.
- All other Airlines at counters they are credit the amount through Credit cards.
- Here they are forcing customers to utilize the full amout with them (unfair trade practice)
As I am not willing to share my CC details over phone to any individuals, she referred in what confidence you are booking through internet.
Similarly when asked to connect to a customer grievance I realized that they dont have any customer grievance person.
This is the experience one will get if you cancel the net booking on the counter.
