I suppose to attend my friend’s marriage in may 2006 so i booked the tickets through spicejet in April 2006 and  i got those in fair price ( to and fro delhi - srinager in 4000Rs.) just before two day to departure i recived a call from spicejet customer support that flight schdule has changed . it will depart at 1 o clock pm in noon instead of 7am morning. so i reached at airport at 12 o clock and found that i had missed my flight as there was no chnage in schedule. i talked to the spicejet people they were not ready to listen and denied the complete story. and told us that we have to buy fresh tickets for next day flight. It was so embarssing and unexpected that we are not going to attend my long awaited trip to srinager. finally i bought the fresh tickets for next day srinager flight in 6000 Rs. and went to srinager . as my return ticket was also booked from spicejet. it was not a good expeience as well. we reached at airport in time as departure was 1 o clock and there was flight dealy of 2 hour just because they were waiting the flight from delhi, because same plane will go back. so again delayed and no hospitality, no punctuality.they were just making fool to the peoples as saying they are providing cheap flights and at last provide nothing later.
