Spicejet is a very good airline overall when compared to Air Deccan

It has following advantages.

1: Legroom is sufficient.

2: The staff was very courteous at ground also & inside the flight also.

3: I was even allowed to have a look at the cockpit on my request. The Captain & the First Officer were also very courteous they explained me everything well.

4 : They do give complimentary water & snacks.

5: They have preassigned seats which is a good system.

6: They are always punctual.

The Disadvantages

1: Ticketing policy is really bad suppose if you can’t travel they don’t return your money instead they keep it in a credit shell for a period of one year & you have to utilise it in one year if not then your money is forfeited by Spicejet . Here is difference between Air Deccan & Spicejet. Air Deccan charges some amount for cancellation but it returns the amount.
