I have been a frequent spice traveller,Not due to their service during the flight hours ,but becuase i can trust them that the flight will not get delayed for un known reasons.

The flight could have been more comfortable & better if customers are provided with

1.cushions & light blankets on request. The temperature many times gets altered.Extra care for the passenger adds to the service

2.Serve paid food at least for flights which fly during lunch & dinner hours.
Be careful the food doesnt stink as has been the case man times with air deccan.
Paying for food isnot a prob at all when you get hygenic stuff , that too during meal hours.

3.The baggage for checkin doesnt have any attendants at the time of arrival.People usually rush and panic to collect their checked in baggage.having attendants there will make us feel taken care of
