I Flew on Spicejet from Pune to Bangalore at less than 50% of what i would pay to Jet. Yes there were shortcomings, like the hurried up Airhostess and bit cramped seating (Im a bulky fellow, so

its more in my case).

The flight was delayed by two hours but i was informed atleast 4 hours before via sms , so i didnt start until it was time. I had taken food at home knowing that it wont be provided in flight. I had also taken some reading materials with me. On the flight i got the seat i asked for and the 2 hrs and 30 mins just went by. Yeah i was thirsty and i got a bottle of water and i used the toilet as well.

I have flown easyjet and ryan air as well, they have the same rules for cancellation and even stricter rules for check in times as well. But in flight service is almost on par with any other airline.

But i have something for the higher up officials of spicejet.  I have seen the behaviour of few officials towards people that does not fit in your scheme of things (that is to be a successful airline!!!). Dont compromise on service and its always people first. You can budget everything other than on safety and customer service.

Keep up the goodwork (few hiccups still remain!!!!)
