I travelled with my family between mumbai & Ahd on Spicejet. Found the flite to be very good & the service too was good.

For a travel time of 45 minutes the flight was pleasent and everything,

right from bagage handling to landing on the tarmac was good. And most of all for a price less than 900 the deal was good.
The space between seats are comfortable and generally the flight experience was safe.

I did try to call the call centre for details and was well assisted. Interestingly the call was pick up very soon and I dint have to wait for hours like in a normal low cost service.

Regular sms updates were sent by them & that helped as the tickets were booked 3 months in advance. :-) ...
I would say that if they add some unique value additions to the customers then they can attact & retain a good amout of customers as compared to others.
