Spicejet is the best no-frill airline according to me. I travelled from Mumbai - Delhi and Back. Both the journeys were smooth. The staff was co-operative and always had Smile on their faces. The
flights were on time. The sitting space was Ok (For Rs. 2000 from Mumbai - Delhi, one cant expect Executive class seats). In the flight a tiny bottle of mineral water, couple of cookies and candies are offered (again for the fare charged this is Ok I believe).
Only negative point I found was Spicejet doesnt offer you food even if you are ready to pay for that. I think it will be great idea to serve food at extra cost. I know many would argue, whats the need of food in 2 hour flight. But take into consideration the poor airport infrastructure we have and many a times on the busy sectors the landing takes a long time because of this. My Mumbai-Delhi flight was 17th in landing queue and it took extra 45 mins to land.
Staff at Airport was good. The check-in was smooth.
The staff in the plane was good and helpful. My 2 month baby was with me and the staff adviced me of extra care to be taken.
In all I had a very good experience and really dont hesitate in suggesting Spicejet to all of you reading this.
