I had used many courier services. But I find Speed Post is far more reliable than many fraud companies who fleeces customers and deliver sub standard services.
However a Janlokpal bill is required to make this firm 100% efficient and accountable. Those who refuse to make public servants accountable are indirectly helping corrupt businessman by ruining the country’s precious resources like Postal System.
