10days at Sparch branch in Davanagere are really really worst experience in my Life.
I have admitted my 3 year old son for Femur bone fracture on 10th Apr'13 and discharged from Hospital on 19th Apr'13.
Following are the reasons one should not come to this hospital anymore.
- All the doctors are very beginners in Ortho, there is no expertize, they are fit for doing research on newly arrived patients.
Real example is my sons femur fracture surgery took place twice due the misalignment of the bones made during the first operation by a bloody doctor!
Office staff/Nurses don't bother about the patients in the wards and their situations. Every time the patient or the patient attender has to run pillar to post to get reports, ask for injection, medicine...etc.......Until and otherwise you ask them you forget the pro-active response from them.
Insurance counter people(Mrs. Sudha & Mr. Mujeeb) who process the claims of "Yeshaswini" "Mediassist" .......etc.....don't have any manners how to behave with patients/patient attenders. They will be always sleeping over hell lot of issues(Which god knows) When ever you go to them they will say we have already sent e-mail(Which they don't even know which e-mail belongs to whom) waiting for response from them. Instead of doing their job properly they always complain about the insurance agencies. Which was not true in my case "Mediassist" has given an excellent response within 30mins of claim
In the entire organization no body is having a full knowledge about their roles and responsibilities which they need to extend their services to the customers(Patients)
For billing(if you are insured) it will take minimum 2 days to get discharged from this Hell(Great hospital SS institute of medical & research center, davanagere)
In total this hospital is extremely unfit for any kind of treatment be it Ortho, be it Hearth, be it any other part of human organs treatment.
- Even the people who work in the medical which is inside the hospital don't have manners how to behave with customers.
This hospital is only fit for the MBBS students who want to learn from the mistakes which the great doctors does on the newly arrived patients. Hence they cleverly named this hospital as "Shamanur Shivashankarappa institute of Medical research which means it is more suitable for research institution.
