I would like to express my sincere thanks and deep appreciation for the excellent treatment given to me when I was admitted to your hospital for a knee joint replacement surgery. Every one of your staff including doctors, nurses, ward boys, and administrative personnel were very kind and courteous. I never felt I was in the hospital. I felt I was at home. I wish your organisation all prosperity in your endeavour in the coming years. Please convey my thanks to all your staff.
