I bought K750i -
          

          
To get a Good Cell phone I will tell you what I did:

1.  I fixed a Budget of Rs 6000-8000 and let me tell you that I dont spend much on gadgets.

2.  I searched on the net for a week to know about ALL the latest features which are in these days.

3.  Then I listed my requirements(mentioned below) and serched the net as  well as some retailers for a week again.

I searched for a Set which was having these features( and my feedback with it as well):

Bluetooth- Comes with n without head set, I did not take the head set. due to Budget and non requirement. No problem at all
2 Mega Pixel Camera,- for clear picture - Crystal Clear picture
Amazing Picture Quality, - Amazing pix on Cell as well as Desktop, 
Good Sound and not noisy - Sony is theeee best among all specially on headset.
Decent Battery Back up - I charge my Cell daily so no issues whatsoever,
Radio  Was not mandatory for me but it was a Bonus. Good enough Reception 
Joystick & Buttons operated, though I prefer joystick as my previous cell was jystk based.(Easy to use) - 90% satisfied on Jystick movement but be catious on overuse.
Extendable Memory upto 1GB- for storing Songs n Videos. No problem
Executive Looks - It lacks in style but good thing is that it is not Pompous thats why I bought it.
A Closed/Covered Lens:  Very essential as I has to clean my previous cell’s lens at least weekly.

and some more which I got as a bonus too......Flash, Zoom, Video features..etc etc....

4.  Compared all the sets - of all the companies suiting my requirements closest of  which were:
Motorola V3i, Nokia 6300, W550i and K750i, .LG Dynamite

5. Surprised to see that the rates were above 8000 for any of them, Unwillingly adjusted my Budget to 9,000 when I selected Sony 750i.

Suggestions I got,

Dont go for it due to :

Joystk trouble: Almost everyone told me that it will give problem after some time.
For me: it is hard on movement on left side, but it is not a problem at all.
And avoid playing too much games.

Hangs when memory is extended and capacity full:
It does not hang at all. Though it becomes a little slow( e.g. if it took .1 sec to process the jystk it took .15 sec then) but only on 1-5% of occassions.

It has been 6 months since I bought my K750i in June 07 and I am 199% satisfied. I do not have to think even once anytime anywhere that I have an inferior phone or regarding any trouble if it has provided.

           Though I wud like to tell you the features which it may lack on,  for some

           - The sound is not loud on speakers while playing some mp3 songs
                    (in comparison to other sets)
           - The looks are not so stylish but excellent for professional/executive purpose.
           - The Screen size is not large in comparison to Motorola or Nokia or Samsung.

But one thing is apparent it is a N Series phone under 9K. and there is no comparison of this cell with any of the competitors.
