I love this phone - it’s the best phone I ever bought BUT it’s one weakness is the joy stick control - it gave up working (and it’s essential for scrolling esp. in text messges) after about 9 months. I am soooo disappointed! Worth every penny apart from the durability aspect. It’s really smart and even remembers words in text messages that you use most frequently! It saves numbers so you don’t have to keep changing between Abc... and 123.... modes like Nokia phones.  It even takes good quality photos and has lots of storage space for all your pictures.  Very straightforward to operate and a pleasure to use.  Sadly, the joystick is it’s only weakness! Shame - it’s Sony Erricsons best ever phone!
