Sony xperia M single sim is a nice phone with excellent camera in my opinion. It has 1 Ghz dual core processor with 1gb Ram, 4gb Rom, 4 inch TFT screen with 1750 Mah battery. Its 5 MP Rear camera is one of the best camera I have used in a mobile till now.
Its camera flash is also very effective with the help of which we can take nice pictures in night also. Battery of 1750 Mah for a 4 inch screen with the resolution of 480x854 is more than enough and provides a very good battery backup. The only con in my view is its 4gb memory which is a bit less. But you can easily increase the speed by adding a micro sd card if you want more space.
