I used the sony wega 21' television since 7 year. I am very happy to buy this beautiful and good product by sony. This is very awesome product.VIDEO QUALITYThe video quality of the sony wega 21' is very good. The video looks like in HD quality. The video is very fresh and don't looks like vulgar.It is very useful product.SOUNDS QUALITYThe sound quality is very good. It has total 5 speakers in which 2 are in the body of television and the remaining 3 are on the upper part of the television. The combination of these speakers make the quality of the sound is very good.VALUE OF MONEYIt is the one of the best product by the sony. It is very useful and it is totally useful use of money by buying it. It is very much Durable . I have a proof that I used this product for 7 years and it doesn't require a single Internal repair. This shows that the product is very durable. If you use this product then you are in safe zone.SERVICES AND SUPPORTThe service and support of the sony is very good . I have some problems regarding DVD supporting with the television. It doesn't connect very well . Then I consult with the customer service and it consult with me in a very good manner and they solve my problem very safely.I recommend you to use this awesome product.
