A gizmo you should hold on to... Review on Sony PSP

Being a gizmo freak I surf around all the electronic products to see what I have and what I need to.

After using a wide options of portable entertainment, I should say PSP is still ahead when it comes to some unique features. Gaming console: Be it nintendo DS or the game boy or wat so ever thats in the market, PSP is the best at this point of time. It has the best performance of all the devices in its class. And you have a wide range of title (games) to choose from. Not to mention its compatibility to go along with PS3 in wifi gets you engaged most of the time.

Personal Music Player: As compared to ipod, PSP is might not be the awesome music player but obvsly it still does its job to its very best. especially when you have  a hell lot of space left around after saving the games you play.

Personal Home Theater: I get Sick of watching movies on your laptop on long travel and worry abt battery drains, forget it.. Just with few bucks spent, you have your own personal movie theater to carry along. As like the games which comes in UMD so can you get the movies as well. Jus make sure you grab a good headphone and I assure you that you will have nothing else to worry about. But to plan how you gona organise your time between movies, music and games

Web: Having Wifi Enabled, you are not far away from getting connected to rest of the world. Where ever you have wifi, you get connected in no time.. tough the interface is not as friendly as in Itouch or iphone or any other mobile web devices, Its still is great to have a option thats open. You will never know when it comes in handy.

My Fav : SKYPE: This is one other reason why I opted for PSP and this is not just another simple reason. As a bit of a geek myself, its hard to get connected to your friends and families around the world without blowing away a bit out of your savings and its not always easy to use gtalk or any other computer chat applications for a long time conversations. My personal fav is skype due to its quality and its functionality to call any phone number around the world. A skype account with some credits, PSP, skype Mic and WIFI is all thats needed to get connected to any one around the world. And if you get lucky, you might very well receive some free calls from other skype users..

Other features : you can have your digital ablum stored, download demo games, watch shared videos, play multiplayer online and huck up to your PS3.

PSP is might not on TOP of the your list its because you dont entirely know what its capable of !!!

I would say its too much to get for the price you pay..

My personal recommendation when it comes to hardcore PSP users would be to buy the skype headset, Extended batteries with PSP holder. And the basic Kit ofcourse.
