Do not see brand names and advertisements. I made a mistake by trusting it. Sony laptop. I think sony company not deserves to sell the laptops. Instead of cheating customers they could stop the laptop business.
I purchased a laptop on 25th of July even it not completed 1 week time, the problem started. One line is showing on display. I never expected that thing from such a international company. Ok. I agree. Some times might be manufacturing defect. At-least they should serve better. When i visited their a.s. Rao nagar branch on 5th of august and complained regarding this issue. They simply said the problem will be solved on 7th of august.
Ok. Again accepted.
Today 9th of august they are not able to give service due to shortage of parts. If they are not able to give service what is the use of the service centres. Because of their fault we are wasting time visiting their service centers.What a silly answer from a multinational company. If they don't have spare parts why they are selling the products by fooling the customers.
Finally ...
I gave a call to customer service centre of Sony. They are very horrible.Simply they are listening and not even responding for the damage. And saying they are not having authority to solve this problem.
Where shall I go ?
Simply I am going to use social media for their irresponsibility. After that i will purchase a case against them and I will face them in legal way.
My suggestion :
Absolutely very very bad product and bad service from Sony company. Please do not purchase and do not become a victim of Sony.
