I bought a sony led on 18.04.2012 trust on sony, when i buy sony led the seller told me you can use this led minimum 10 yers & then i decided to buy sony led on sony brand name trust but now after 3.5 yers my led not working well then i call to sony service center after checked by sony technician he told me it is pAnasultanl problem & he given me estimate 15, 500.00
If i buy sony led on trust on sony brand in rs-42900.00 then why panel not working after 3.5 yer( after closed also extended warranty)
I daily mail to sony from 5.10.2015 on email id-sonyindia.care@ap.sony.com & call also for i required panel replacement free of cost, because i buy this led for my long time use not for 3.5 yer but no one till date given my reply & not received call from sony. I am really mentally disturbed from my sony not working well because i buy this led in rs-42900.00 on trust on sony brand but my led not working & sony technician given me rs-15500.00 estimate for panel replacement cost.
I am not satisfied with bad sony led what about my rs 42900.00
