Sony Ericsson J105 happens to be 3G mobile at lowest cost.(among the leading brands) The low cost has not taken toll on the features. This phone has many goodies. Location services(maps), Option to view the Media applications in landscape, Option to view the messages as conversations and many more.
When you transfer files through Bluetooth you can see the difference in terms of speed!. As usual Sony Ericsson scores well when it comes for Sound and picture clarity. When you attend a call the volume seems to be bit low.
Since I have been using this phone for quite a while I got used to this. You can overcome this by using headsets!
When compared to the earlier models with 2 Mega Pixel camera(like W700 series) this phone has seen many improvisations except that this doesn't have a inbuilt flash:-( else this product would have scored more.
A very handy mobile and reliable when comes for battery backup. But this phone doesn't come with data card and if you are a desktop user like me you have to buy the same! If you are looking out for a stylish cover for the mobile be ready for disappointments! I tried to get a good mobile cover and was looking for flip type covers where I need not take the mobile out of the cover to make or receive calls. Searched for a cover several months and then settled with a normal cover. For every call I have to take out the mobile from the cover, have misplaced the cover several times!
