I am taking the matter to Legal forum against the Sony India for defective SONY BRAVIA Model no. KLV-40CX420 IN5 bearing Serial no. 7003428, Purchase on 22nd Oct 2011 at a cost of INR 55, 000/-. I have been following with them since Dec 2013 for Display Panel complain in my LCD against which I was given additional invoice of INR 18, 400/ in name of Display panel repair/ change. Sony Engineer observed the problem of Physical damage while their customer care telling it Natural failure.
Lets come together and make group and take up the matter with Legal authorities jointly. We are not going to pay for stupid product of a company which has no life.
