I placed a complaint with Sony for the repair of my 40" LCD TV which is about 5 year old. The mechanic told me that secondary power supply had gone bad and that it would take 3-4 days to get the part. It has been more than 15 days but there is no clue of the part. The Service Centre is unable to give me a firm date.
I have dealt with LG for many other appliances such as Fridge, Washing Machine and Microwave etc. and I can bet that no one can beat their service response. SONY IS THE WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.NEVER EVER BUY A SONY.AT LEAST I WOULD NEVER.
