I had the misfortune of buying Sony Bravia T V model no KDL 40 EX 520 on 6 th feb 2012 from NIKSHAN ELECTRONICS Kannur, Kerala State. costing Rs 55 837 The panel became defective in May 2014. and the repair charge was Rs 21390 with one year warranty.
In Kannur Sony has 2 service centers. The place where I went to get it repaired, quarrels between the staffs and the customers who are coming there with various items are a daily occurrence,
