I had bought solarizer water heater from EMMVEE company one year back. I bought this based on the brand and promises made by the marketing person. After one year I came to know that the product is not worth for money (materials are not made of good quality and all are just copper coating) what we spent and there are lot of loopholes. The company has given only 1 year warranty for the product whereas other companies will give for 5 year.
When I checked the same thing with Marketing person, he told previous we use to give for 5 years and as there were no issues we reduced it for 1 year and he also assures that if any issue is there within 5 years his company will do it free of cost. Also they do free servicing (on call based) for only 1 year, but during installation they told that they do 3 mandatory free services. Also they are charging huge amount for small repairs.
When I had leakage in my container (just 1 year old) they asked me to pay 3500 to stop the leakage. so please verify the things properly before buying this product.
