Each one of us someday think to look like one like him or her or anything maybe the goal for your body.
I joined snap 2013 and like many others I had decided to get myself in best shape in 3 months and as expected things don't work that way.
I then decided for keeping my faith in myself going and spoke to decouple of the trainers and chose one of them.
I am not specifying the name as he is no more part of the gym.
I worked my a** off and made it a point eating healthy and hitting gym no matter what.
I lost 20.8 kgs in 100days.

Gym is well placed in the heart of HSR LAYOUT with very well maintained machines and staffs both admin and operations.
SNAP never questioned me when and how long can I work out.
Each of the SNAP Employees in the gym are friendly.
There will least 1 -2 floor boys to wipe off sweat from any machine to keep you feel hygienic.
I love snap because of the environment it gave me where I feel no lesser than any multi gym.

All precor and body solid machines with a staggering weights as low as 500 GMs to 50Kg Dumbbells. Lots a of weighing plates as well.
What u enjoy in the gym is dedicated zones for cardio and weights.
