If you are fit and you have already been to gym, you know to use all the machines then Snap Fitness is the place to maintain weight. They have good machines, enough number of weights, treadmills, etc.
However if you are joining with motivation to lose weight, they will take you into depression. The staff do not care unless you take personal training. If you take annual membership you are stuck forever. If you do something wrong even in front of the trainer he wouldn't care to correct it. They will always be watching TV.
This is one of the gyms where I see the trainers sitting all the time with no interest in their clients. They will not know your name, weight, what exercise you did, when did you last come to the gym, nothing they will track. If you ask them to teach you something new they will straight on the face say, 'unless you take personal training we will not teach, you have to spend money to learn'! I was shocked.
After paying nearly 3000 Rs/- for a month, they tell me they want more money to teach! Worst gym.
