I have ordered Pizza from Slice of Italy ,Munirka thrice in last 4 months ,the food was delayed by one and half hour the first time and

3 hours the second,the customer service is so poor that you have to call 10 peopleto get to a responsible head.

The restaurant manager on the last instance ,knowing that the food order was delayed,sent a truffle pastry without even checking if the pizza had been delivered.The pizza ordered at 0815pm,finally reached at 1115 hrs .

I had to work thru the entire line up of the order taker,asst restaurant manager,unit manager,area mamager,Sr.Area Manager,DGM and finally the VP of the company to register the complaint and have some kind of feedback.The first 4 people I spoke to did not want to give the superir’s telephone numbers.

This is a food outlet with good variety of italian food and the average price is decent as compared to Dominoes or Pizza hut but you will have to dare to have home delivery done by them.

They adverise Express Delivery but you have to figure out which express they use.

If you are ordering home delivery ,there is a good change you will go hungry .

It is much safer to order from Dominos atleast you get the food.
